(1) Add 580 ml water into this Gajanand Dahiwada Mix and whip it. Add crushed Green Chilli to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes. Whip the batter before frying.

(2) Fry wada in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature. After frying wadas, dip them into water for 5 minutes.

(3) Press each wada between two palms.

(4) Serve wadas with sweet cold curd (approx 800g), mint chutney, and date-tamarind sweet chutney. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, cumin (jeera) powder.
