Gajanand Raita/Dahiwada Masala
Gajanand Raita/Dahiwada Masala is a spice blend for curd. Mixture of several musky and fragrant spices being grounded for use in preparing different types of Raitas(Various yoghurt Salad). Not only Raita but also Dahiwada or Bhalla (fried lentill balls soaked in water and dressed wih sweet tamarind and green coriander chutney) is also seasoned with this blended masala. It enhance the taste of food and makes it more appetizing and good for digestion.
