(1) Add 400 ml. water into Gajanand Dalwada Mix and whip it. Add crushed green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves, garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.

(2) Whip the batter before frying. Deep Fry it in hot oil at a consistent degree of temperature.

(3) Serve hot Dalwadas with fry green chilly, onion and sweet chutney.

Note : At time of frying temperature of oil is important.
