(1) Add approx 560 ml. of water into the Gajanand Dhokla mix and mix properly. Add crushed ginger, garlic and green chilli for better taste. Keep it aside for 15 mins.

(2) Boil water in Dhokla Cooker and put an oil applied plate for pre-heating.

(3) Once again mix properly. Pour mix in plate, Sprinkle Black Pepper Powder on it. Steam for 20 mins. at high flame and cut in to pieces

(4) Sizzle mustard Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Green Chilli & Hing in 25 g Oil and Pour it over the Dhokla. Garnish hot Dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.

Note: Avoid leakage of steam from the Cooker.
