(1) Add 650 ml. water into this Gajanand Idli Mix and whip it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
(2) Whip the batter before pouring. Pour the batter in pre-oiled moulds of idli cooker.
(3) Steam the batter in idli cooker for 15 minutes.
(4) Serve Idli with hot sambhar and coconut chutney.
Note: Idadas may also be prepared with this mix.
